Shipping Information
We are only providing shipping services to customers in the United States, at this time. Once your order is placed, allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
*Please note all products undergo a full inspection to ensure there are no damages or defects prior to shipping.
Returns + Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Also, we do not issue refunds.
*If your product is received damaged, please email us at hello@anchoredology.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please put “DAMAGED ORDER” and the order number in the subject line [ex. DAMAGED ORDER: 1001] and provide a description with photos that clearly shows the damage or defect on the product. Once the product has been deemed damaged or defective at the fault of Anchoredology, we will send you a replacement of the same item.
